Aksi Lumina

Aksi Lumina was an international joint initiative led by the Leo Club of Colombo Waters Meet in collaboration with the Leo Club of Colombo North United, Leo Club of BCI Negombo, and Leo Club of Negombo Catamaran to reduce nighttime road accidents involving street animals through the distribution of reflective safety collars for dogs and cows. Implemented across Sri Lanka and India through international Leo partnerships, the project promoted road safety, animal welfare, and sustainable community solutions by improving nighttime visibility for animals. Through large-scale collaboration and volunteer coordination, the initiative demonstrated the impact of innovative and cross-border humanitarian service.
