Helping Hands – Phase 03

Helping Hands – Phase 03 was a disaster-relief initiative organized by the Leo Club of Colombo Waters Meet to support flood-affected families in the Badulla and Mannar areas. The project provided essential food items, hygiene supplies, medical necessities, clothing, and drinking water to vulnerable communities during the recovery phase. Through coordinated relief efforts and rapid mobilization, the initiative ensured timely humanitarian support while strengthening community trust, disaster-response coordination, and service-driven leadership.
