The Leos Together – Emergency Flood Relief Initiative

The Leos Together – Emergency Flood Relief Initiative was a large-scale humanitarian project jointly organized by Leo Districts 306 D3 and 306 D5 in response to the floods caused by Cyclone Ditwah in 2025. The initiative mobilized donations, relief supplies, and volunteers to provide essential food, hygiene items, clothing, and medical support to affected communities across multiple flood-hit areas in Sri Lanka. Through strong inter-district collaboration, rapid response coordination, and partnerships with organizations including the Sri Lanka Air Force, the project demonstrated the collective strength of Leoism in delivering impactful disaster relief and compassionate community service.
