SkillSphere – Phase 02

SkillSphere – Phase 02 was a youth development initiative organized by the Leo Club of Colombo Waters Meet to empower Advanced Level students and recent school pass-outs with guidance on higher education and career planning. Conducted at BT/KK/Valaichenai Hindu College, Batticaloa, the project featured university awareness and career guidance sessions led by undergraduates from leading universities. Through practical knowledge sharing, mentorship, and leadership engagement, the initiative promoted informed decision-making, youth empowerment, and the betterment of Leoism.
